Inside Dark Networks

Just returned from the UK and Germany. I did a press tour showing how simple it is to crack the Wireless WEP protocol. We broke 128 bit encryption in just under 2 minutes using just a Linux laoptop (running PHLAK). Scary stuff when you consider that over 90% of those using Wireless security are using WEP (and most of those are using 40 bit encryption).

WPA did not fare much better as it has its handshake as it’s Achilles heel. A powerful dictionary and some good luck is all that is needed.
